Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia CP is a typical accessory only in combination with the Debian Linux OS and is offered without charge. With Hepsia you can host unlimited web site names under one single hosting user account. This is realizable due to Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager section. The other Control Panel devices, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are obtainable solely in combination with CentOS. As opposed to Hepsia, with them you must use TWO separate account logins. This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not offer any domain name registration/transfer/administration possibilities. If you select Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated hosting server, there will be no web hosting CP option.
Hosted Hostnames 2 - unlimited domains can be hosted with all offered web hosting Control Panel platforms, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your top level domain names in a single account. Sadly, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP tools do not supply such opportunity at all - there is no Domain Manager section and as a consequence they necessitate 2 autonomous hosting user accounts: one domain name management/billing/support user account and one website management account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP).
Operating System 3 - you will observe that the Hepsia web hosting Control Panel is available with Debian Linux only. It's free of cost to run it on your dedicated web hosting server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin web hosting CP interfaces operate only with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
